Each varietal and label was developed in partnership between the Lot18 experts and the MASTERCHEF culinary team, making it the perfect way for fans and home cooks nationwide to sip and savor the show, currently airing Wednesdays, 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT, on FOX.

Tasting notes on the MASTERCHEF wine collection include the following:
2017 MasterChef California Pinot Grigio
Here’s a trick to brighten up your dish – whether coming up with a new dinnertime favorite or making a delicious meal out of leftover ingredients, this clean and lightweight Pinot Grigio can elevate your recipe with a citrusy profile and zingy mouthfeel. For anything from chicken piccata to pasta primavera or pan-fried shrimp with garlic, turn to this vibrant white for a splash in the pan or a sip from the glass.
2017 MasterChef Monterey County Syrah Rosé
Elevate dinner at home with this elegant rosé. Its bright pink hue will draw you in for a taste and surprise you with a juicy watermelon and strawberry flavor profile. A single sip is sure to conjure up memories of a warm morning brunch in the city or a quiet sunset on the porch. Pair this versatile wine with a summery recipe you're experimenting with — anything from a piquant tapenade to grilled fish tacos would make a sublime match.
2016 MasterChef Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Looking to create your own signature dish? This Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles is a versatile and food- friendly red wine that provides a myriad of options for pairing and cooking. With a dark and savory flavor profile, it has notes of black cherry, currant and coffee bean and can enhance a range of dishes, from hearty braised short ribs to a simple grilled steak. Founded in 2010, Lot18 provides the best possible prices on high-quality wines – some well-known favorites, some hard-to-find selections, and plenty in between. Lot18 employs a team of experts who work closely with quality-driven winemakers around the world. These experts live by a simple rule: If they wouldn't spend their own money on a wine, they don't make it available on Lot18. The wines selected are unique in their own right, and represent the highest quality and value. In early 2013, Lot18 launched Tasting Room, a unique wine club offering an unprecedented level of customization and personalization. The customer starts by tasting a range of wines (from a light, crisp white to a full-bodied red) in mini-bottle format and then gives feedback online through an innovative, yet simple, guided comparative tasting. This process generates a wine profile that allows Tasting Room to capture the nuances of each customer's palate. Tasting Room then uses this information to provide a specific selection of wines in standard-size bottles to match. Tasting Room is now the fastest growing wine club in the United States and launched a very successful national TV campaign in March 2016.
