Denise Rodine, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Endemol Shine North America
Denise Rodine has served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Endemol Shine North America, since March 2016.
She leads all human resources responsibilities for Endemol Shine’s employees in North America, including the company’s subsidiaries Authentic Entertainment, 51 Minds Entertainment and Truly Original, as well as their productions. Rodine also oversees facilities for Endemol Shine North America’s headquarters in Los Angeles.
She recently added HR oversight of Endemol Shine’s corporate and production initiatives across Latin America, including responsibility for the company’s new Mexico City/Miami-based Spanish production studio Endemol Shine Boomdog.
Rodine also plays an instrumental role in Endemol Shine’s community affairs, non-profit, employee development and corporate internship initiatives. She recently helped launch an industry-wide fellowship program for veterans in Hollywood, as well as volunteer efforts with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and a formal training and development program. Rodine originally joined Endemol USA in 2014 as Vice President, Human Resources.
Previously, Rodine spent 10 years at NBCUniversal, supporting the company’s cable assets (E!, Style and G4), as well as NBC Entertainment, including its late-night production and programming produced by Universal Television and Universal Cable Productions.
She began her career as an HR Manager for the World Headquarters of Hilton Hotels Corporation and as an HR consultant for Sears Corporation.
Rodine earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and currently lives in Studio City, Ca., with her husband and three adorable French Bulldogs.
