Michael Weinberg was named Executive Vice President, Syndication, Endemol Shine North America, in March 2018.
Weinberg, who was formerly Senior Vice President, Development, Endemol Shine North America, is now leading the studio’s in-house syndication unit. In addition to overseeing production of Endemol Shine’s nationally syndicated series Page Six TV, he is leading development on numerous projects including a potential daytime series with Essence Communications, a talk show with radio personality and bestselling author Angie Martinez and game show The Money Drop with Michael Strahan’s SMAC Entertainment. He previously developed Endemol Shine’s daytime talk show with Steve Harvey.
Weinberg, who originally joined Endemol USA in 2009 as Vice President, Unscripted Development, has overseen development on such Endemol Shine series as Billion Dollar Buyer, Pitbull's New Year's Revolution, 101 Ways To Leave A Game Show and Love in the Wild.
Prior to joining Endemol Shine USA, Weinberg played an integral role in the launches of Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Later with Bob Costas and also served as a co-executive producer of America’s Got Talent. Weinberg, an Emmy Award-winning producer and show-runner, is based in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Tufts University.
